Hi girls! Ready for summer? Heat included? Sure? Hmmm here are some tips through 11 sets of mine about clothes, shoes, makeup, activities, hair, food and cocktails so you can beat the heat and be hot at the same time ;) Hope you like it and don't forget to leave your opinions! :D
Olá meninas! Estão prontas para o Verão? O calor incluído? De certeza? Huuum aqui ficam algumas dicas através de 11 montagens minhas relativas a vestuário, calçado, maquilhagem, actividades, cabelo, alimentos e cocktails para que consigam enfrentar o calor e não deixar de ser quentes ;) Espero que gostem, não se esqueçam de deixar as vossas opiniões! :D
Shorts will always be a basic especially of denim! And who say they can valorize an outfit? Naaaa, nowadays there are infinite padrons, all colors and sizes, with or without aplication, lace or denim. They are no longer a piece associated only with more relaxed situations and they can be used to go almost everywhere and can be chic! Why devaluing them? :)
Os calções vão ser sempre um básico especialmente os de ganga! E quem disse que não podem valorizar um conjunto? Nanana, hoje em dia os padrões são imensos, há de todas as cores e comprimentos, com aplicações sem aplicações, renda ou ganga. Deixaram de ser uma peça associada apenas a ocasiões mais descontraídas e já se utilizam para ir a todo o lado e conseguem ser mesmo chiques! Então porquê desvaloriza-los? :)
Sunglasses and Dresses. 2 vices. The dress is the piece of cloth I like the most. They are feminine, easier to match, fresh, sensual, pratical and beside we can use them in winter it's on the summer that they spread his grace with soft tissues, bright colors and clean white, with back, shoulders or legs showing up or maxi and elegant dresses. They also have the capacity to adapt to every woman body because a lot of them can detach a part and hide another everthing of this giving us liberty!
Sometimes the sinmple large white dress is the most beautiful option, match with for example a lot of golden adornments and a tanned skin :)
Óculos de sol e vestidos. 2 vícios. Os vestidos são a peça de roupa que mais gosto. São femininos, facilitam as combinações, são frescos, sensuais, práticos e embora também se usem no Inverno é no Verão que mais espalham a sua graça com os seus tecidos leves, cores vivas e brancos límpidos, com costas, ombros e pernas à mostra, ou então compridos e elegantes. Para além disso têm a capacidade de se adaptar ao corpo da mulher porque muitos deles permitem destacar uma parte enquanto disfarçam outra tudo isto conferindo liberdade.
Muitas vezes o simples vestido branco e largo pode ser a opção mais linda de sempre, conjugada por exemplo com muito acessórios em dourado e uma bela pele bronzeada. Simplicidade também vence :)
Of course the skirts also have their qualities against the fact it's less pratical. They are too super feminine, tinny or large, pleated, pastel, neon, floral, etnic, pencil ones, you choose how to spread the magic! Even if the top is more simple, the skirt can shine by itself :)
E claro que as saias também têm todas essas qualidades com o contra de serem menos práticas. São também super femininas, justas, largas, plissadas, em pastel, em neon, padrão floral, padrão étnico, saia lápis, é só escolher e espalhar magia! Mesmo que o top que escolhemos seja mais simples, a saia pode brilhar por si só :)
How can we spend our free time? How can we face the heat hours without being all day on the sofa but taking the best of the summer with dying of boredom? At home I use to watch films, essay my musics and especially read. But its out there that I have more fun: a dive on the ocean at the beach, a walk with friends, stay at a bar, an ice-cream, games at seaside, walks at night next to the sea, shopping time, the ideas are infinite, the trick is not stand still!
Como passar o tempo livre? Como enfrentar as horas de maior calor sem estar a destilar no sofá mas aproveitar todos os pedacinhos do Verão sem derreter de tédio? Em casa costumo aproveitar para ver filmes, para ensaiar as minhas músicas e sobretudo pôr a leitura em dia. Mas na rua é que estão os melhores momentos: um mergulho na praia, um passeio com os amigos, um lanche num bar, um gelado no areal, jogos à beira mar, passeios à noite junto ao mar, idas ao shopping, as ideias são infinitas, o truque é não ficar parado!
These are the items I found essencial to be with me during my favourite season.
To the skin it's indispensable to use sunscreen to protect the skin from the risks of the sun and mantain her hydrated and far from scalds. The hair suffers too with the sun and water and to prevent of being dry I use a nutritive spray. The makeup although natural must be waterproof and it's mandatory that I have always with me my lipstick and maybe some gloss to give glow to my lips.
I usually have a fan to refresh me and a bottle of water to hydrate my body and recharge.
There are also mini deodorants, great to have in the bag and some portable fragrances and little fresh wipes to clean our facial skin from sweat.
It's to use and abuse of hats, and the straw ones are trendy, and take advantage of the protection and fashion of them.
Estes são os itens que considero essenciais para andarem sempre comigo durante a minha estação preferida.
Para a pele é indispensável o protector solar para proteger a pele dos riscos que trazem o sol e mantê-la hidratada e longe de escaldões. O cabelo também sofre com o sol e com a água do mar e para o impedir de ficar seco aplico um spray nutritivo. A maquilhagem embora leve convém ser à prova de água e é obrigatória ter sempre o meu batom do cieiro talvez com um bocadinho de gloss para dar brilho aos lábios.
Costumo também andar com um leque na mala para me refrescar e com uma garrafa de água para hidratar o corpo, matar a sede e recarregar energias.
Existem também uns desodorizantes mais pequeninos, bons para levar na mala bem como fragâncias portáteis e ainda umas toalhinhas refrescantes para a pele para nos livrarem dos brilhos e suor.
É a altura de usar e abusar dos chapéus, e os de palha estão muito na moda, e aproveitar não sou a protecção mas o seu lado mais fashion.
