Money is the anthem

What needs a lady to be always elegant and sensual at the same time?

Money? Well it helps but people say that money doesn't buy taste and I agree completely!

For my outfit today I match some mini white shorts with a lace blouse, everything in white and enriched by the green and golden necklace (beautiful isn't it? and I bought it at an handmade market) and a super bright ring with a peacock padron. The shoes are really high at least for me and I can't adventurer my self too much but they are reaaly cool and I love the color match, with blue, orange and pink, more excentric was impossible!

It's the ideal look to a more special occasion which need more preparation and a more detailed makeup but I still fell confortable with myself, and that's what's most important!

I am finally in vaccations and I'm enjoying some days at my house at Évora de Alcobaça, where I took these pictures!

De que é que uma senhora precisa para ser elegante e sensual ao mesmo tempo?

Dinheiro? Sim ajuda em muita coisa mas costumam dizer e eu concordo plenamente: o dinheiro não compra bom gosto!

No meu outfit de hoje conjuguei uns mini shorts brancos com uma blusa de renda, tudo em branco, enriquecido pelo colar em verde e dourado ( é lindo não é? e comprei-o numa feira de artesanato!) e um anel super brilhante com o padrão de um pavão. Os sapatos são mesmo muito altos pelo menos para mim e não me posso aventurar muito com eles mas são mesmo bonitos e adoro a combinação das cores, laranja, azul e rosa, mais espampanantes não era possível!

É o look ideal para um saída mais especial e que por isso precisa de uma preparação especial com uma maquilhagem também mais elaborada mas não deixei de me sentir super à vontade, e isso é o mas importante!

Estou finalmente de férias e aproveito agora alguns dias na minha casa em Évora de Alcobaça onde tirei as fotos deste post!

Hats from Ascott

The traditional horse races held since 1711 are frequented by British and European elite family but not only. It is considered one of the most important events of the year and one of his excentricities are the hats. This is undoubtedly an essential element of tradition and as such there are specific rules of clothing : your shoulders should be covered, mini-skirts are prohibited and must be used a dress with a hat and top hat for the gentlemans.

I love wearing hats but I do not always find them practical and in this case much less ... anyway I think some are true pieces of art, and many of them despite the originality (sometimes excessive) are extremely elegant.

I Guess that whoever has the misfortune to be behind some of the owners of these hats will lose half of the race, hope ladies heels are high!

As tradicionais corridas de cavalos, que se realizam desde 1711, são frequentadas pela família britânica e elite europeia mas não só. É considerado um dos acontecimentos mais importantes do ano e uma das suas grandes excentricidades são os chapéus. Este é sem dúvida um elemento essencial da tradição e como tal, existem regras especifícas de vestuário em que os ombros devem estar cobertos, mini-saias são proibidas e deve ser usado um vestido com a obrigatoriedade de um chapéu e cartola para os senhores.

Eu adoro usar chapéus embora nem sempre os ache práticos e neste caso muito menos... de qualquer modo acho que alguns são verdadeiras peças de arte e muitos deles apesar da originalidade (por vezes excessiva) sã extremamente elegantes.

Acho é que quem tiver o azar de ficar atrás de alguns dos donos destes chapéus deve perder metade da corrida, espero que os saltos sejam altos!

I adore total white looks, that is not the case, but the pencil skirt (which I think it's one of the mosts sexiest peace of clothe a woman can wear because it's high waisted and it shapes the body in a elegant way without showing the whole leg) and the crop top go well with some golden bangles and also a gold ring, discret but almost essencial (I can go out without accesories)!

The sandals are beautiful with some apointments of gold to match the jewelery and really fresh
