2- Não usar soutiens já gastos porque perdem a capacidade de segurar o peito;

3 - Choose the appropriate format to your body type; 

3- Escolher o formato adequado ao nosso estilo de corpo;

4 - Don't combine clear bras with dark clothes! It can dye your clothes and be noted outside;

4- Não conjugar soutiens escuros com roupa clara! Podem tingir a roupa e notar-se de fora;

5 - Use the right size! Waste time to realize what's right and don't buy a larger size so you can have more chest or the reverse! ;

5- Usem o tamanho certo! Percam tempo a perceber qual é o mais adequado e não comprem um tamanho maior por terem pouco peito ou o inverso!;

6 - Try out and ask for professional help, they are there for that.

Out of the blue

This time I have tried new scenarios. Something that attracts me in a blog is that ability to shoot and get to know beautiful places showing with diversity and originality. 

I find it easy to know where I am only for this magnificent landscape and the light peeking through my window. I'm in Alfama in Lisbon and I am fortunate to have a building with a rooftop with a view at least privileged.

Desta vez procurei novos cenários. Algo que me atrai num blog é essa capacidade de fotografar e dar a conhecer lugares mostrando o belo com diversidade e originalidade.

Acho que é fácil saber onde estou só por esta luz magnífica e pelo paisagem que espreita pela minha janela. Estou no bairro de Alfama em Lisboa e tenho a sorte de ter um prédio com um último andar com uma vista no mínimo privilegiada.

The look is very simple and totally brown. I enjoyed the junction with the blue walls. Brown and blue are clear to me a foolproof combo.

I'm not a great lover of trousers as you may have noticed but lately have used more, especially high waisted so I will try to take more photos with my favorite models.

O look é muito simples e totalmente em castanho. Gostei muito da junção com o azul das paredes. Castanho e azul claro para mim são um combo infalível.

Não sou grande amante de calças como já devem ter reparado mas ultimamente tenho usado mais, sobretudo de cintura subida e por isso vou tentar tirar mais fotos com os meus modelos preferidos.

Grammys 2014 best dressed

I was watching the celebrities arriving and I was thinking Oh wait a bit you know that the best ones always appear at the end ... but ... they appeared one after the other and nothing made ​​me clap. I don't know what is happening but it's a huge lack of originality ! Lots of boring dresses. Many of them of a huge bad taste , so many that neither I will comment because I think I would have to write 2 posts ahah . Anyway here is my humble selection , and is not very selective ... they were all really bad ... even my queen Beyoncé failed. Again I emphasize ... we most wait for the Oscars .

Paris Hilton was magnificent , she is all smiles and poses and knows very well how to highlight her best . I thought the dress was superb, both the front and back and the hair was fantastic.

 Katty wore a beautiful Valentino that I rode crazy to see at the red carpet. It's beautiful and thematic .

I know that many people won't like the look of Kelly but I like these kind of gothic styles and back with the crucifix was magnificent !

Estava a ver as celebridades a chegar e só pensava Oh espera lá um bocadinho que as melhores ficam sempre para o fim... mas elas apareciam...umas a seguir às outras e nada me fez bater palmas. Não sei que se passa mas está tudo com uma imensa falta de originalidade ! Que vestidos sem graça nenhuma. Muitos deles de um enorme mau gosto, tantos que nem os vou comentar porque acho que teria de escrever 2 posts ahah.
