Skulls lover

These are the gifts  my boyfriend gave to me, aren't they beautiful? I love earrings and I love skulls (in this case, skeletons) and the more eccentric the accessories, the best!

PS: I'm still trying to found what's the best way to put the second earring :P

Recebi estas prendinhas do meu namorado, lindas não são? Adoro brincos e adoro caveiras (neste caso, esqueletos) e quanto mais excêntricos os acessórios melhor!

PS: Ainda estou a tentar decifrar qual será a melhor forma de colocar o segundo brinco :P

I decided to accept the challenge from the blog "Ballerina Bird" and interpret a Disney princess. After a few "huum well" and "maybe if I ..." I ended up choosing ...... JASMINE! One of the reasons I really like her is because  Alladin is a lot like my boyfriend, and "Whole New World" is always a song we love to sing loudly. But of course there is something more ...

After all who doesn't like Disney movies?! Ah ok sorry ... Who doesn't LOVE Disney movies! I confess that I still like to review them and I feel that I'm not the only one!

Resolvi aceitar o desafio do blog "Ballerina Bird" e interpretar uma princesa da Disney. Depois de alguns "humm" e "se eu..." acabei por escolher a...... JASMINE! Uma das razões para eu gostar muito dela é porque o Alladin é muito parecido com o meu namorado, e o "Mundo ideal" sempre foi uma música que adoramos cantar a plenos pulmões. Mas claro que há algo mais...

Afinal de contas quem não gosta dos filmes da Disney?! Ah ok desculpem... quem não AMA os filmes da Disney! Eu confesso que ainda os gosto de rever e tenho a sensação que não sou a única! 

Autênticos contos de fadas com o príncipe encantado e as lindas princesas com quem todas nós nos devemos identificar! Músicas fantásticas e mensagens para nos fazerem pensar e tocar o coração <3

One of the thousand and one nights upps ... reasons why I like Jasmine it's because unlike the other Disney princesses that are waiting for their prince charming, she draws her own destiny and to me for me is also essential to have that force. Unfettered despite their lifestyle, she disdains society and lives free searching for her dreams and desires and always learning to be herself! It's not a palace or the silks we wear, it's not money that defines who we are. Both rich and poor can have a huge heart. What matters is the wealth that is in the soul! And there is no point to pretend something that it's no me, we all have an essence that must be shown and shared with all the world, especially with those who love us, who love us as we really are. :)

Uma das mil e uma noites upps... razões porque gosto da Jasmine deve as restantes princesas da Disney que esperam pelo seu príncipe encantado, ela desenha o seu próprio destino, e para mim isso também é essencial. Sem amarras apesar do seu estilo de vida, ela desdenha a sociedade e vive livre em busca dos seus sonhos e desejos e sempre a aprender a ser ela própria! Não é um palácio nem as sedas que vestimos, não é o dinheiro que define aquilo que somos. Tanto ricos como pobres podem ter um coração enorme. O que importa é a riqueza que está na alma! E não vale a pena fingir algo que não somos, todas temos uma essência que deve ser mostrada e partilhada com tudo o mundo, especialmente com aqueles que nos amam, que nos amam tal como somos. :)

I decided to do a mix between casual and the beauty and sensuality of a princess of Agrabah. Hence, having various accessories in gold, some more similar to those used by my muse (earrings and necklace) with other references to the film (ring with tiger - Rajah) and vintage glasses. The clutch was purchased at a arabic craft fair and I think it fits perfectly for all the reasons. Otherwise I follow the principle "keep it simple" and opted for a vintage high waisted jeans with a denim shirt, sneakers, scarf and a jacket in perlé.

Decidi dar fazer um mix entre o casual e beleza e sensualidade de uma princesa de Agrabah. Daí ter vários acessórios em dourado, uns mais semelhantes aos usadas pela minha musa (brincos e colar) outros com referências ao filme (anel com tigre - Rajah) e uns óculos vintage. A clutch foi comprada numa feira de artesanato árabe e acho que encaixa na perfeição por todas as razões. De resto segui muito o princípio "keep it simple" e optei por umas jeans de cintura subida vintage com uma blusa de ganga, sapatilhas, lenço e casaco em perlé.

I am already a princess and I have found my prince, the question is where its the magic carpet!

Já sou uma princesa e já encontrei o meu príncipe, resta saber onde está tapete mágico!

What about my tan? I love this skin tone, I wish I could drag it the whole year! Having a more taned skin always gives a more healthy look in my opinion.

I went out for lunch eating sardines and took a more elegant dress straight cut in petrol blue with many details in gold that are everywhere in my outfit and in must have looks I see on the street.

I bought these sandals days ago, an authentic need! I really have few and found these super practical, closed behind and on top made on India! I love them!

Que tal o meu bronzeado? Adoro este tom de pele, quem me dera que se arrastasse pelo ano todo! Ter uma pele mais escurinha dá sempre um ar mais saudável na minha opinião.

Fui almoçar fora, comer sardinhas e levei um vestido mais elegante de corte a direito em azul petróleo com muitos pormenores em dourado que estão em todo o lado tanto no meu outfit como nos looks mais in que vejo na rua.

Comprei estas sandálias há dias, uma autêntica necessidade! Tenho mesmo poucas e encontrei estas super práticas, fechadas atrás e ainda por cima da Índia! Adoro-as!
