This is the stuff you will need: A white tshirt (the wider and longer the better), scissors, small colored elastics and beads or pieces to decorate (such as those used in collars for example).

I chose colorful shells because they remind me of the sea, the beach and summer! But choose yours according to your taste!
Eu escolhi umas conchas coloridas porque me fazem lembrar o mar, a praia o Verão! Mas escolham as vossas de acordo com o vosso gosto!
The first step is to start by making cuts at the bottom of the tshirt, vertically. I chose to do mine to just below the chest, if you want make shorter one, not longer for obvious reasons : P
O primeiro passo é começar por fazer cortes na parte de baixo da tshirt, na vertical. Eu optei por fazer os meus até um pouco abaixo do peito, se quiserem podem fazer mais curtos, mais longos não aconselho por razões óbvias :P
Here is the first cut very straight.

We will leave a space between the cut and the next, it can be thin or larger, mine have the spacing of a fingernail or so.
Vamos deixar um espaço entre o corte que fizemos e o próximo, pode ser fininho ou maior, os meus têm o espaçamento de uma unha mais ou menos.
So we get a strip and can continue to do the same in the rest of the tshirt.
Assim ficamos com uma tira e podemos continuar a fazer o mesmo no resto da tshirt.
After finishing one side and another this is the result, a bottom full of a lot of fringes!
Após terminar de um lado e outro este é o resultado, uma parte de baixo cheia de franjinhas!
Be careful so you not forgot the hems! As my tshirt was a bit short I didn't cut them, I took them out one by one (boring I know) with a smaller scissor.
Cuidado para não se esqueceram das bainhas! Como a minha tshirt era um pouco curta não as cortei e descosi uma a uma (muito chato eu sei) com uma tesoura mais pequena.
Now on each strip / fringe we will put a rubber band. I tied it to the beginning of the fringe as if tying the hair and took several turns, when I got to the limit I let it out to give a bit of volume.
Agora em cada tira/franja vamos colocar um elástico. Atei-o ao início da franja como se tivesse a atar o cabelo e dei várias voltas, quando cheguei ao limite soltei-o para dar um pouco de volume.
Tcharam! Here they are! Very quick and easy and is super colorful! You can choose how you want to distribute your colors but I chose not to have a sequence, avoiding repetitions and focuses on color, I wanted an tutti-frutti effect!
