Special Breakfast 2 easy steps - Caramelized apples

Do you like sweets? Even if not I bet you will love this breakfast that I will teach you step by step so you will be able to do it at home and start the day at your best!

Gulosas? Mesmo que não sejam aposto que vão adorar este pequeno-almoço que vou ensinar passo a passo para poderem fazer em casa e começarem o dia da melhor forma!

Ingredients/ Ingredientes:

Fatias Douradas

1- Mix 3 whole eggs, join a bit of sugar and cinnamon and mix it while you join milk.

1- Misturem 3 ovos inteiros, juntem um pouco de açúcar e canela e mexam bem enquanto juntam o leite.

2 - The mix is done, now you just need to dive the bread in it till they are all covered and ready to the pan. Take it off when they get a nice golden tone and make the excess of oill get off. Isn't it simple?

2- A mistura está pronta, agora é só mergulhar fatias de pão de forma até ficarem bem cobertas e estão prontas para a frigideira. Retira quando estiverem com um tom dourado e deixa sair o excesso de óleo.

Simples não é?

At the end when already in the platte spray with a little sugar and cinnamon.

No final quando já estiverem no prato podem polverizar com um pouco de açúcar e canela.

Caramelized apples - Maçãs Caramelizadas

1- Let's start by preparing the apples for caramelize. Just cut them into pieces of this size without removing the apple peel.

 2- Vamos começar por preparar as maçãs para as caramelizar. Basta cortar-las em pedacinhos deste tamanho sem tirar a casca.

2 - In an already heated pan, add sugar to fill up the background. Move the pan while the sugar caramelizes and becomes a yellow liquid with a very sweet smell.

2- Numa frigideira já aquecida, junta açúcar até preencher bem o fundo. Mexe a frigideira enquanto o açúcar carameliza e se torna num líquido amarelo e com um cheirinho muito doce.

DIY Original colorful shirt with fringes - only 3 materials and 3 easy steps!

This is the stuff you will need: A white tshirt (the wider and longer the better), scissors, small colored elastics and beads or pieces to decorate (such as those used in collars for example).

Este é o material que vão precisar: uma tshirt branca (quanto mais larga e comprida melhor); uma tesoura; pequenos elásticos coloridos e contas ou peças para decorar (como as que se usam nos colares por exemplo).

I chose colorful shells because they remind me of the sea, the beach and summer! But choose yours according to your taste!

Eu escolhi umas conchas coloridas porque me fazem lembrar o mar, a praia o Verão! Mas escolham as vossas de acordo com o vosso gosto!

The first step is to start by making cuts at the bottom of the tshirt, vertically. I chose to do mine to just below the chest, if you want make shorter one, not longer  for obvious reasons : P

O primeiro passo é começar por fazer cortes na parte de baixo da tshirt, na vertical. Eu optei por fazer os meus até um pouco abaixo do peito, se quiserem podem fazer mais curtos, mais longos não aconselho por razões óbvias :P

Here is the first cut very straight.

Aqui está o primeiro corte, bem direitinho.

We will leave a space between the cut and the next, it can be thin or larger, mine have the spacing of a fingernail or so.

Vamos deixar um espaço entre o corte que fizemos e o próximo, pode ser fininho ou maior, os meus têm o espaçamento de uma unha mais ou menos.

So we get a strip and can continue to do the same in the rest of the tshirt.

Assim ficamos com uma tira e podemos continuar a fazer o mesmo no resto da tshirt.

After finishing one side and another this is the result, a bottom full of a lot of fringes!

Após terminar de um lado e outro este é o resultado, uma parte de baixo cheia de franjinhas!

Be careful so you not forgot the hems! As my tshirt was a bit short I didn't cut them, I took them out one by one (boring I know) with a smaller scissor.

Cuidado para não se esqueceram das bainhas! Como a minha tshirt era um pouco curta não as cortei e descosi uma a uma (muito chato eu sei) com uma tesoura mais pequena.

Now on each strip / fringe we will put a rubber band. I tied it to the beginning of the fringe as if tying the hair and took several turns, when I got to the limit I let it out to give a bit of volume.

Agora em cada tira/franja vamos colocar um elástico. Atei-o ao início da franja como se tivesse a atar o cabelo e dei várias voltas, quando cheguei ao limite soltei-o para dar um pouco de volume.

Tcharam! Here they are! Very quick and easy and is super colorful! You can choose how you want to distribute your colors but I chose not to have a sequence, avoiding repetitions and focuses on color, I wanted an  tutti-frutti effect!
